At least not while I'm playing the main campaign for the first time. I don't usually bother trying to get the specific face settings exactly right, though. Usually, I'll give my character my build (pretty much average), hair (dark brown side part, think SR2's "corporate cut" or SRTT's "rocker" hairstyle), eye color (green), and most of my clothing (dark blue regular fit jeans, dark brown roper style boots, dark brown ratchet belt with gold buckle, distressed brown leather bomber jacket, black henley shirt) with some additions (like a black motorcycle helmet with an opaque visor and some black leather gloves) as a sort of test for how the creation suite works and also to make it a bit more immersive. I'd say something between myself and an idealized version of myself. Repeatedly harassing or insulting others will result in a ban.
